Перед коллегами-юристами выступил с докладом о перспективах использования цифровых технологий для реализации избирательных прав граждан.
❗️ В прошлом году российской избирательной системе исполнилось 30 лет, ее объективно можно назвать самой современной, честной и демократичной.
🧑🦯 Сегодня успешно используется система дистанционного электронного голосования. ДЭГ — это просто, удобно и быстро, благодаря чему на выборах разных уровней растёт явка избирателей. Так, в Москве на выборах Президента России в марте этого года свыше 3 млн 600 тысяч человек проголосовали с помощью электронного голосования.
Технологические новации постепенно внедряются в избирательный процесс и в других регионах, формируя цифровую избирательную платформу. Уверен, что благодаря курсу на цифровизацию выборы в России и дальше будут проводиться на самом высоком уровне.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
