Суд в Триполи вынес решение в пользу бывшего министра нефти и газа Мухаммада Ауна, признав решение главы ПНЕ Абдул Хамида Дабейбы о назначении Халифа Абдель Садик недействительным. Это также означает, что все принятые им решения считаются недействительными.
Согласно судебному решению Мухаммад Аун должен вернуться на пост министра нефти и газа.
