Новосибирцы арестованы по обвинению в торговле оружием

Железнодорожный районный суд Новосибирска отправил в СИЗО местных жителей Матвея Сухорукова и Сибирхана Микайылова, сообщило управление Судебного департамента по региону.

Мужчинам вменили незаконный оборот оружия группой лиц через интернет (пункты «а», «в» части 5 статьи 222 УК). По версии следствия, Сухоруков должен был приобретать оружие через «неустановленные источники», а Микайылов — искать покупателей в телеграме.

Но вечером 20 ноября мужчины продали оружие сотруднику полиции, проводившему контрольную закупку, и их задержали.

Подозреваемые арестованы до 21 января 2025 года.
