Эксперты добавляют, что по итогам года в стране могут ввести примерно 5,5 млн кв.м складов, тогда по отношению к 2024 году совокупный объем такой недвижимости вырастет на 29%. Аналитики считают, что это связано с высокой деловой активностью годами ранее.
Директор департамента складской и индустриальной недвижимости, земли «Nikoliers» Виктор Афанасенко считает, что в течение нескольких лет объем годового нового предложения складов будет оставаться на высоких уровнях для рынка, поскольку ввод распределительных центров маркетплейсов проходит в несколько очередей.

Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
