Нужно, чтобы это можно было сделать в России, чтобы это делали поднадзорные ЦБ субъекты, которые обязаны исполнять требования антиотмывочного законодательства, и в первую очередь, конечно, знать своего клиента», — уточнил Алексей Моисеев.
