С ней 25 ноября министр по развитию Арктики Черноградский Владимир подписал соответствующий государственный контракт на 2,2 млн рублей.
Ранее ТР сообщало, что за столь короткие промежуток времени необходимо выполнить научно-исследовательской работы, итогом которой должна быть фактически разработка проекта Концепции развития северного домашнего оленеводства на долгосрочный период.
