●تذکر 1: با توجه به مهلت 2/5 ماهه، لطفا در تحویل فرم ها عجله نفرمایید. بررسی و مشورت لازم را با اساتید و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی در تمرکزهای مختلف دانشکده داشته باشید.
●تذکر 2: با توجه به اینکه هر یک از تمرکزها دارای محدودیت سقف تعداد دانشجو می باشند، در انتخاب اولویت های بعدی خود دقت لازم را داشته باشید.
