The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
