У меня в Махачкале неожиданно заработал Телеграм без ВПН через мобильный интернет (Билайн). При подключении через домашний интернет (Ростелеком) Телеграм всё ещё недоступен. Вероятно, скоро узнаем, что это - случайная дыра в заборе цифровой резервации для северокавказских республик или же что-то иное.
UPD от 04.01.2025: "недолго музыка играла, недолго фраер танцевал", дыра в заборе работала сутки.
