Очевидно, что у сотрудников российского посольства слишком много свободного времени. Они заняты чем угодно, кроме продвижения влияния России в Узбекистане и пропаганды изучения русского языка и русской культуры. Возможно, пора провести ротацию дипломатов? Найти кого-то, кто станет защищать права русских, а не узбеков.
