⚖️Суд бельгийского Льежа проведет заседание, на котором рассмотрит вопрос, имеет ли глава Еврокомиссии Урсула фон дер Ляйен юридический иммунитет против обвинений в коррупции при закупках вакцин от COVID-19 на более чем €35 млрд.
Об этом сообщил ТАСС истец — бельгийский активист Фредерик Бальдан, который уверен, что она не может обладать таким иммунитетом, поскольку "вышла далеко за пределы своих полномочий".
