Не понимаю восторгов по поводу введения электронного голосования. Попытка проголосовать на праймериз показала, что электронная система работает плохо. При этом официальные СМИ отмолчались по поводу проблем. Никаких советов или пояснений. Зато о результатах отрапортуют бодро. Вангую (Лобач, Мельник, Аксенов – гадал по биллбордам😉). В США электронная система дискредитировала себя полностью. Доказать чего-нибудь уже никогда не получится. Хотя бы добавили функцию «проверить как ты проголосовал». После ликвидации (недопуска) опасных для власти партий на прошлых выборах в ЗС членам ГИК нет никакого доверия. Мелкие наперсточники. Чего ж тут хорошего? Будем утешаться тем, что «Россия в окружении врагов. ЕР нас спасет!».🥳

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
