С ночи 30 на 31 октября, ингушские вооруженные банд формирования вторглись на территории РСО-Алании Пригородного района Города Владикавказа, убивая «спящих» как говорится Осетин, которые не были готовы к такому вооруженному вторжению со стороны «соседей»!
Горячей точкой данного конфликта стал п.Карца где шли самые ожесточенные боевые действия.
