То есть киберпреступлений совершается в 33 раза больше, чем всех иных краж.
Карманники (когда-то, всего полвека назад – элита профпреступности!) и квартирные воры ныне дают лишь 3% всех подобных преступлений. Такое впечатление, что скоро они почти совсем исчезнут – как когда-то, в силу того же технического прогресса, исчезли конокрады…

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
