#قيد_التحقيق كتاب (شوارع الأعلام في شرح شرائع الإسلام) للسيّد الأجلّ العلّامة الميرزا محمّد حسين الشهرستاني الحائري ت1315هـ، خرج منه إلى كتاب الحج حيث توفي رحمه الله وهو مشتغل بتأليفه، الكتاب تحقيق مركز إحياء التراث الثقافي والديني التابع لقسم الشؤون الفكرية والثقافية في العتبة الحسينية المقدسة.
قال في مقدّمته: "وبعدُ فإنّ عِلمَ الفقه لا يَخفى علوّ قدره وجلالة شأنه ونبالة مكانه، ولعمري يَنبغي صَرف العمر نحو إتقان مسائله، ويليق بذل الجُهدِ في تنقيحِ دلائلهِ، إذ به يَندَرجُ الإنسان في ورثةِ الأنبياءِ، ويفضلُ مِدادهُ على دماءِ الشُّهَداء، وقد صنَّفَ فيه العُلماء الراسخون والفقهاء الصالحون شَكَرَ الله سعيهم من الكتب والرسائل ما ملأ الأقطار واشتهر اشتهار النهار، وخُصَّ من بينها كتاب الشرائع بحُسن القبول؛ لرشاقة العبارة وجودة المحصول، وهو لشيخنا المحقّق...لقراءة المزيد: https://imamhussain.org/arabic/37474

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
