С 5 февраля 2025 года иностранцы, чьих детей признают нежелательными для пребывания в России, автоматически получат такой же статус. Это предусмотрено приказом МВД, подготовленным в рамках новых миграционных норм, направленных на борьбу с преступностью среди детей мигрантов.
Документ предполагает создание реестра мигрантов в режиме высылки, которым будет управлять МВД. С этой же даты полномочия принимать решения о выдворении иностранцев получат должностные лица МВД, а задержанных для депортации смогут помещать в спецучреждения на 48 часов.
