🔸یکی از چالش‌های اصلی موجود در صنعت داروسازی ایران مربوط به نیروی انسانی فعال در این حوزه است. صنعت داروسازی برای داشتن بهترین عملکرد و تولید باکیفیت‌ترین محصولات نیاز به متخصصین باتجربه و باسواد در حوزه‌های مختلف داروسازی، مالی و اقتصادی، مهندسی، مارکتینگ و …دارد.
🔸در حالی که ما اختلاف تکنولوژیک زیادی با استانداردهای جهانی و سطح بین‌المللی چه در حوزه‌ی داروسازی و چه در حوزه‌های مهندسی و مارکتینگ داریم که موجب بهره‌وری پایین در صنعت‌مان شده است.
🔸راهکار عملی برای بهبود وضعیت، خروج دولت از تصدی‌گری شرکت‌های نیمه دولتی و در واقع ایفای نقش تسهیل‌گری جهت بهبود کسب‌وکارها و حذف موانع برای تولیدکننده‌ها می‌باشد.
🔸دولت بهتر است مدیریت و اجرای امور را به بخش خصوصی و افراد دارای اهلیت و تخصص در داروسازی بسپارد.
🔸جهت افزایش بازدهی صنعت داروسازی کشور تربیت، توانمندسازی و منصوب کردن نیروی انسانی علاقه‌مند و بامهارت نیز بسیار حیاتی‌ست.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Crude oil prices edged higher after tumbling on Thursday, when U.S. West Texas intermediate slid back below $110 per barrel after topping as much as $130 a barrel in recent sessions. Still, gas prices at the pump rose to fresh highs. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
