1 кабачок натереть на мелкой терке, отжать лишнюю воду 1 яйцо Соль, специи по вкусу Мука примерно 3-4 ст.л. в зависимости от размера кабачка
Все перемешать и выпекать😄
Не забываем к вафлям добавить белок и клетчатку в виде овощей, зелени 💚
