Главное событие уходящей недели – это встреча с Президентом Республики Беларусь Александром Григорьевичем Лукашенко. Совещание открыло большие перспективы для дальнейшего укрепления сотрудничества с братским государством по всем направлениям.
Впереди много работы. Но, уверен, что все проекты будут реализованы и внесут существенный вклад в развитие нашего региона и белорусских партнёров. Сейчас уже можно твердо сказать, что Смоленская область – это один из главнейших локомотивов в интеграции России и Беларуси.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
