Главный итог подвёл сам лидер Турецкой Республики Р. Т. Эрдоган: 1) он ждёт визита президента России после турецких местных выборов (31 марта), 2) «Планы по украинскому урегулированию, игнорирующие Россию, не приведут к миру».
А так - и завод им будет, и корабль будет. Но - потом и может быть.

The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields.
