По версии следствия, в период 44-дневной войны 2020 года Хачатрян не создал пункт управления южной группировки войск, не обеспечил ее необходимыми элементами и не принял должных мер для управления.
Это привело к провалу обороны, утрате стратегических высот и территорий, что серьезно подорвало боеспособность войск.
Обвиняемому грозит лишение свободы на срок от 5 до 10 лет.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
