⏺В прошлом году я писал и показывал проект от бюро WALL, они подготовили концепцию реконструкции здания по ул. Габдуллы Тукая 113. Девелопером выступает СМУ-88.
Так вот, на прошедшем международном архитектурном форуме Казаныш, этот проект взял Гран при в номинации «Лучший объект реновации».
💬На сегодняшний день процесс запущен, сейчас проходит реставрация кирпича и защита фундамента.
Очень надеюсь, что этот проект доведут до конца, по мне гран-при он взял заслуженно.
