Розмір обов'язкових відрахувань до скарбниці РФ зросте з поточних 15% до 35% від ринкової вартості активів – 25% вартості угоди мають бути виплачені до бюджету протягом першого місяця з дати укладення угоди, 5% – протягом року, ще 5% – протягом двох років.
Влада Росії також планує запровадити нове правило – угоди вартістю понад 50 млрд руб. повинні будуть отримати дозвіл президента РФ Владіміра Путіна.
