«Північний апеляційний господарський суд 5 листопада 2024 року залишив без змін ухвалу Господарського суду міста Києва від 29 квітня 2024 року, якою Національному банку як забезпеченому кредитору надано дозвіл звернути стягнення на будівлю готелю «Салют» шляхом його продажу на прилюдних торгах у межах виконавчого провадження», – повідомили в НБУ.
Постанова Північного апеляційного господарського суду не підлягає касаційному оскарженню.
ПрАТ «Готель «Салют» є майновим поручителем за зобов'язаннями АТ «Банк «Фінанси та Кредит» Костянтина Жеваго перед Нацбанком за кредитами рефінансування. Будівлю готелю, заставна вартість якої становила 481 млн грн, передано НБУ в іпотеку.

As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows.
