Вместе с коллегой - зампредом Комитета Совета Федерации по социальной политике Дарьей Лантратовой и представителями Минфина, Федеральной налоговой службы и Социального фонда России мы обсудили ключевые вопросы развития института самозанятости. Особое внимание было уделено вопросам формирования пенсий для данной категории граждан.

Важным шагом является создание государственных механизмов для вовлечения самозанятых в добровольное пенсионное обеспечение. В их числе - проведение информационных кампаний для повышения осведомленности о необходимости пенсионных накоплений, разработку упрощенных программ формирования пенсии и запуск пилотного эксперимента с пенсионными отчислениями для самозанятых.

Сегодня также необходимо решить вопрос с декретными пособиями для самозанятых женщин.
