МВД РФ задержало бывшего председателя совета директоров и членов правления одного из российских банков за растрату более 1,4 млрд рублей,- представитель МВД РФ Ирина Волк.
Предварительно установлено, что участники организованной группы в 2016 году использовали свое должностное положение для заключения между банком и одним из злоумышленников договора купли-продажи. По его условиям, банкир продал подконтрольному учреждению принадлежавшую ему коллекцию старинных монет. При этом использованы фиктивные документы, на основании которых стоимость сделки была завышена более чем в три раза и составила 2 млрд рублей.

Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
