29 октября я отправил заявление об отсутствии «кирпича» при въезде на встречное движение. Мне пришло письмо о регистрации моего обращения.

2 ноября мне пришло письмо, что изменился какой-то там порядок и моё обращение переслали куда-то.

И вот сегодня, месяц спустя, мне прислали очередное письмо, что всё по плану, и до конца года «в рабочем порядке» всё сделают.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
