Зампреды правительства Бурятии Алдар Гулгенов и Иван Альхеев, а также исполняющий обязанности министра сельского хозяйства республики Амгалан Дармаев решили уйти добровольцами на СВО. Об этом 21 января сообщил глава региона Алексей Цыденов.

По словам Цыденова, чиновники пополнят подразделение в составе отряда «Тигр», которое формирует Дальневосточный федеральный округ по поручению полпреда Юрия Трутнева. В этом подразделении проходил службу заместитель полпреда президента России в ДФО Денис Андреев.

Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
