Согласно техническому заданию, необходимо обеспечить безопасность и сохранность пассажирских судов на подводных крыльях: «Восход-50», «Метеор-231», «Метеор-220», и плавучих объектов: «Дебаркадер-52», «Дебаркадер-80».
