Кем бы ни был кандидат от КПРФ (а с большой долей вероятности им будет сам Локоть), убедить жителей области в его преимуществах будет непросто. Слишком сильные контраргументы: вот Новосибирск с его убитой коммуналкой, а вот Хакасия, где красный губернатор вместо светлого будущего устроил политический кризис.
