По условиям сделки, Global Development приобретет все акции ING Bank (Eurasia) JSC, взяв на себя всю российскую оффшорную деятельность и персонал.
«Эта сделка фактически положит конец деятельности ING на российском рынке», – отметили в компании.
Уточняется, что Global Development намерена продолжить работу в России под новым брендом. Сделку могут закрыть в III квартале 2025 года.
