Разработанный на основе «Отраслевого соглашения о социальном партнерстве в нефтегазовой, нефтеперерабатывающей и нефтегазохимической отраслях Республики Казахстан на 2023 - 2025 годы» Коллективный договор принят впервые в истории КТК и направлен на создание благоприятных условий производственной деятельности компании, обеспечение стабильности и эффективности работы, повышение уровня качества жизни работников.

Договор между руководством и работниками АО «КТК-К» подписан на три года и вступает в силу с января 2025 года.
