Обвиняемый рассказал корреспонденту @chitaru75, что не считает себя виновным: экспертиза указала, что он получил деньги за работу, которую по факту не выполнял. По рассказу, администрация ничего и не оплачивала. Дело рассматривает Железнодорожный районный суд, приговор Бадасяну озвучат 22 января.
