Здравствуйте. Я Ломалин М.Ю. живу в поселке Нижний Архыз, это Академ городок САО РАН. У нас уже более 2 месяцев очень медленный интернет. Невозможно нормально даже новостные программы посмотреть. У меня МТС. При обращении к оператору МТС на номер 0890 робот отвечает, что слабый сигнал и необходимо установить новую вышку. Я это регулярно выслушиваю уже 2 месяца. При этом абонентскую плату они не снижают (более 900 руб. в месяц).
Хотелось бы узнать, когда собираются эту вышку менять? Пожалуйста узнайте, потому что от операторов кроме обещаний ничего нет. Может у вас получится сдвинуть эту проблему для нашего поселка?
Как то в газете "День Республики" видел статью, что собираются улучшить интернет по Архызу. Коснется ли это и Нижнего Архыза?
