Сдать медучреждение в районе ул. Красносельской на 100 посещений в смену должны были ещё в прошлом году. Когда подрядчик не справился с задачей, город решил расторгнуть контракт и вернуть более 100 млн рублей через суд.
Новым подрядчиком по распоряжению губернатора Севастополя назначили краснодарскую компанию «ПромСтройКомплекс».
Проблемная стройка подорожала на 200 млн рублей. Финансирование работ по новому контракту предусмотрено вплоть до 2028 года.
