По информации ОРД-А, за первую половину 2024 года Роскомнадзор вынес 334 постановления о штрафах за нарушение рекламного законодательства на сумму более 21 млн рублей. Из них:
🔸 202 постановления на сумму 14,4 млн рублей за отсутствие токена (рекламного идентификатора); 🔸 131 постановление на сумму 6,6 млн рублей за непредоставление или предоставление неполных или недостоверных сведений о рекламе; 🔸 и одно постановление на сумму 300 тыс. рублей за неисполнение обязанностей оператором рекламных данных.
