Совместил долгий бег с дружеской пробежкой. Добежал (14 км) до Лефортовского парка, где еще немного (7 км) побегал с моим другом и начинающим фитнес-гуру Александром Сергеевичем Перхуловым.

Гуру ругает меня за то, что я зарезаю себе рацион до 1600 ккал при высокой тренировочной нагрузке. Считает, что от этого у меня организм сходит с ума и постоянно запасает что-то. Поэтому вес не двигается и даже иногда немного растет.

Написал мне новые КЖБУ, подняв калораж до 2150. Попробуем!

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
