Не поддержал освобождение международного аэропорта «Владикавказ» от уплаты налога на имущество организаций на ближайшие 10 лет в отношении находящихся на его балансе объектов транспортной инфраструктуры.
Аэропорт принадлежит сторонним бизнесменам. Считаю справедливым, чтобы подобные инициативы всегда сопровождались, так сказать, взаимной любезностью. Мы освобождаем их от налога, а они заботятся о жителях нашего региона и снижают цены хотя бы до уровня соседей (и не поднимают, когда взбредёт в голову). Надеюсь, что к принятию окончательного решения, которое должно состояться в конце месяца, так и произойдёт.
P.S. Только не нужно говорить, что на цены влияют исключительно авиакомпании. Доподлинно известно, что это не так (пример в конце ролика).
