Овощи, приготовленные на пару (у меня стручковая фасоль и цветная капуста) Яйцо Сыр твёрдый Мука Соль, перец по вкусу
По граммовке сказать не могу, все делаю на глаз.
Смешиваю в блендере овощи и яйцо, добавляю натертый сыр, муку, соль, перец. Выпекаю в вафельнице до готовности. Подавала с творожным сыром. Это очень вкусно 😋
