Список банков, в которых можно открывать спецсчет для капремонта МКД, пополнился ещё одним «крупняком»
❗️Напомню: спецсчет можно открыть только в банках, надежность которых соответствует требованиям, устанавливаемым Правительством РФ (ч.2 ст.176 ЖК РФ).
К общему перечню добавился АО «Тинькофф Банк», и теперь на 1 апреля 2024 года таких банков 13, и отдельно 4 – в Крыму и Севастополе⤵️

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report.
