«Киевская площадь» получила ГПЗУ на свой проект по строительству высотного жилого комплекса на Кутузовском проспекте (бывш. карандашная фабрика "Сакко и Ванцетти"), сообщает канал "Стройки - и точка".
Согласно документу, на участке площадью 5 га компания построит 335 000 м² недвижимости, из которых 310 000 м² — жильё. Остальные площади займут офисы, торговые площади, рестораны и детский клуб. Предельная высота застройки составит 250 метров.
