Больше всего государство потратит на исследования по программам «Научно-технологическое развитие России», «Космическая деятельность России» и исследования и разработки по программе развития здравоохранения.
Перераспределение расходов было произведено из-за повышенных бюджетных расходов в период пандемии. При этом наименьшее сокращение расходов ожидает сферу исследований в области национальной обороны, всего 2,4%.
