Документом утверждены Положение о Комиссии, ее состав и Порядок организации работы с безвозмездной натуральной помощью, предоставляемой Донецкой Народной Республике.
Указ вступает в силу со дня его официального опубликования и действует до 1 января 2026 года.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world.
