Комплекс мер, который позволит поддерживать функциональность и эстетику новых общественных пространств сегодня комитет ЖКХ представил депутатам Законодательного собрания.

В составе мер: постоянный мониторинг за состоянием объектов, контроль исполнения гарантийных обязательств, использование в проектах типовых инженерных решений, которые уже зарекомендовали себя в ленинградском климате.

Ежегодно вводим более сотни новых общественных пространств в поселениях области. И они должны служить людям.
