По словам специалиста, в ней есть витамин А, витамин Е, омега-3 жирные кислоты и все антиоксиданты. Есть и белок, внутри которого все незаменимые аминокислоты. Однако с учетом дороговизны продукта врач отметила, что красную икру можно заменить на икру щуки или минтая.
Средняя цена красной икры в России по итогам октября впервые в истории превысила отметку в 8 тыс. руб., достигнув 8 104 рубля за килограмм. Всего месяцем ранее товар продавался в среднем по 6 955 рублей за килограмм.
