Объект должны были сдать в декабре 21-го года, затем сроки переместились на лето 22-го. В итоге так называемое «рабочее движение» для автомобилей и пешеходов было открыто 21 ноября.
Официального открытия объекта так и не было, но пешеходы уже пользуются переходами на свой страх и риск. А риск действительно есть: внутри уложена скользкая плитка, а перила пока не установлены.
