▫️او همچنین گفت: در حوزه سرمایه‌گذاری نیز باید سکو‌های هوشمند و مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی گسترش یابد و باید سواد مالی در حوزه نوآوری را دنبال کنیم.

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov.
