نشریه رستن برای اولین شماره خود از علاقه مندان برای تالیف متون ترویجی در زمینه علم تربیت، روانشناسی، مدیریت و علوم مرتبطه دعوت به عمل می‌آورد.
مجله رستن در چهار محور اصلی فعالیت می‌کند. موضوعات پیشنهادی هر محور به شرح زیر است:
الف. آموزش سازمانی: ۱. نقش فناوری در آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی؛ ۲. اهمیت توسعه فردی در سازمان (افزایش بهره‌وری، رضایت شغلی، کاهش نرخ نقصان و...) ۳. روش‌ها و ابزار نوین در آموزش و توسعه کارکنان.
ب. فرزند پروری: ۱. تقابل نقش خانواده و جامعه در تربیت فرزند؛ ۲. سهم توارث و محیط در تربیت؛ ۳. سبک‌های فرزند پروری
ج. آموزش رسمی: ۱. جستار در سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش (جایگاه، رابطه با برنامه توسعه، تحول در سند تحول)؛ ۲. مسائل و مشکلات کلان آموزش و پرورش؛ ۳. رویکردهای نوین آموزش علوم انسانی در آموزش عالی.
د. توسعه فردی ۱. مدیریت زمان؛ ۲. خودآگاهی و خودشناسی؛ ۳. مهارت‌های ارتباطی.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon."
