🔸با گذشت چند ماه از آغاز به کار دولت وفاق، اصرار بر پیوستن به FATF و تصویب کنوانسیون‌های CFT و پالرمو به یکی از محورهای اصلی سیاست‌گذاری اقتصادی و دیپلماتیک آن تبدیل شده است.
🔸 این در حالی است که تجربه تلخ برجام و تداوم تحریم‌های بانکی پس از آن، بسیاری را نسبت به اثربخشی این مسیر دچار تردید کرده است. آیا پذیرش FATF گره‌گشای مشکلات اقتصادی کشور خواهد بود یا مسیری برای خودتحریمی و محدودیت‌های بیشتر در مبادلات مالی و امنیتی؟

After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
