✅ «إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَ يَصُدُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ الَّذِي جَعَلْنَاهُ لِلنَّاسِ سَوَآءً الْعَاكِفُ فِيهِ وَ الْبَادِ وَ مَنْ يُرِدْ فِيهِ بِإِلْحَادٍ بِظُلْمٍ نُذِقْهُ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ» «آنهايى را كه كافر شدند و مردم را از راه خدا و مسجدالحرام -كه براى مردم چه مقيم و چه غريب يكسان است- باز مى‌دارند و نيز هر كه را در آنجا قصد كج روى يا ستمكارى داشته باشد، عذاب دردآور مى‌چشانيم» [حج - 25].
▪️حسین بن أبی العلاء گوید: امام صادق علیه السلام آیه: «سَوَآءً الْعَاكِفُ فِيهِ وَ الْبَادِ» را ذکر کردند و فرمودند: هیچ خانه‌ای در مکّه، درب نداشت و اوّلین کسی که دو لنگه‌ی درب برای خانه‌ی خود نصب کرد، معاویة بن أبی سفیان لعنه الله بود؛ و برای کسی شایسته نیست که حاجیان را از خانه‌های مکّه و منزلگاه‌های آن محروم سازد.
